Txomin Etxaniz can be found in the heart of the charming coastal town Getaria, in the province of Gipuzkoa, in the North of Spain. After pressing the grapes, the juice is vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel, and it is aged on its lees before bottling. 

Pale lemon color with light green hues. A lively, slightly sparkling white wine with moderate alcohol and a refreshing acidity. Aromas of fresh citrus fruits and white blossom are joined by flavors of crisp green apple, pear and zingy lemon on the palate. 

Serve chilled at 46-degrees and pair with seafood and white meats or with fresh salad and lightly acidic dressing.

Lagnusa is the name of the cru from which the grapes hail. The name has its origins in the vineyard which has always been called “lagnusa” by the farmers of Montoni. In Sicilian, “lagnusa” means that which is lazy and produces small quantities; and, small quantity yields higher quality.

Fermentation occurs 100% in cement containers with malolactic fermentation taking place in cement. Aged 20 months in cement, 3 months in barrels, and 4 months in the bottle. 

Ruby red in color with an elegant structure. A complex perfume of cherries, red plum, blackberry, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove. Soft and velvety tannins coat the mouth.
Hailing from Piedmont, Italy, is this darker, bolder expression of Barrbera from small grower-producer Renato Fenocchio. Production includes sustainable farming, and oak aging. Enjoy lush dark and red berry fruit, hints of mocha and spice, and earthy hints of leather on the finish. 

Pair this wine with pizza, meatballs, pasta with red sauce, roast chicken, and chicken parm.
